Where do I collect my baggage at Colombo Airport?

The baggage collection area at Colombo Airport is on the ground floor arrival hall, right after you clear immigration. In that place, there are a few numbered carousels, each one with digital screens showing flight details.

You will also see free luggage carts near the carousels; they are readily available. After you have grabbed your bags, you move straight to the customs entry points. You take the green channel if you have nothing to declare, or the red channel if a declaration is required.
