Refund Policy

At SRI LANKA TOUR RAVANA (www.srilankatourravana.com), we strive to provide the best touring experience. However, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation by the Client

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at info@srilankatourravana.com. The date of the email will be considered the date of cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: We will refund 100% of your deposit, minus a [Insert Amount, e.g., $50] administration fee and any bank transaction charges.
  • 15 to 29 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund will be provided. 100% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund will be given.

2. Cancellation by SRI LANKA TOUR RAVANA

In the rare event that we must cancel your tour due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control:

  • We will offer you a full refund of all payments made to us.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your tour for a future date at no extra cost (subject to seasonal rate changes).

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain costs are strictly non-refundable once paid, including:

  • Government Visa (ETA) fees.
  • Entrance tickets to sites that were pre-booked and are non-transferable (e.g., specific train tickets or wildlife park permits).

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Please note that international bank transfers may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank’s policies.
