What are the main surf points in Arugam Bay?

The main surf spots around Arugam Bay are mostly Main Point, Baby Point, Whiskey Point, Peanut Farm, Elephant Rock, and Pottuvil Point. Each one has its own kind of wave feel, so it can fit different abilities and personal riding styles, depending on where you show up.

Main Point is the best known, giving long, strong right-hand reef breaks for intermediate to advanced surfers. Baby Point, which is sitting just inside the Main Point area, is a sand-bottom break that works really well for beginners. Whiskey Point and Peanut Farm get visited a lot for longboarding and steady new rider improvement, while Elephant Rock and Pottuvil Point feel more tucked away, with pretty views and right-hand point breaks that start doing their thing when the swells get bigger.
