Places like Whiskey Point, Peanut Farm, and Baby Point tend to deliver softer, slower-breaking waves, mostly over sandy bottoms. That combination gives beginners a decent environment to practise standing up quickly and keeping balance without getting slammed. Also, the region is filled with certified surf schools and experienced local instructors, and they usually teach with beginner-focused plans, step by step.
