How to get a bus from Yala back to Galle?

Take a local bus or tuk-tuk from Tissamaharama to the Matara bus station, then you transfer onto a fairly frequent coastal route bus that goes directly into Galle. Another option is the Route 32 bus, which sometimes runs through Tissa and continues towards Colombo, and it even passes straight through Galle too.
