How long is a Sri Lanka tourist visa valid for?

Your approved Sri Lanka tourist ETA is valid for six months from the day it was issued. You have to enter during that time.

After you arrive and pass through immigration, your permitted stay begins. Most travellers are allowed to stay for about 30 days. If you do not enter before the six months run out, the ETA ends. Then you must apply again from the start and pay the fees again.
