Elephant Transit Home tickets are usually bought at the visitor counter before the feeding time. Before you plan your trip, it helps to review the official Department of Wildlife Conservation pages. That is where they post any updates, including changes to ticket options on the web.

The department’s online ePermit tool is meant for national park booking. It does not count as an Elephant Transit Home ticket. Try to arrive about 15 to 30 minutes ahead of your feeding slot. This gives you time to buy entry and then get to the viewing spot.
