Most typical quotes are made based on an estimated total mileage for the agreed route. Even with fuel included in that sum, expressway tolls (such as on the Southern Expressway) and those parking tickets at big visitor hotspots are usually paid out of pocket by the traveller as they pop up. Make sure you confirm all those points in the first written agreement.
