Are there reliable ATMs in Sigiriya town?

Sigiriya town has a few ATMs, but at times, they can run out of cash or experience connectivity issues, making them somewhat unreliable when you need cash urgently.

It is strongly advised to withdraw a decent amount of cash in bigger nearby places like Dambulla or Habarana before you get to Sigiriya. Even though many established hotels and more upscale restaurants in the area accept credit cards, cash still matters a lot for entrance fees, local tuk-tuks, and those small street vendors.
