Route: Airport ➔ Dambulla ➔ SigiriyaArrive at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA). Meet your guide and proceed directly to the Cultural Triangle. Check in to your hotel in Sigiriya. In the evening, relax or take a walk around the serene Kandalama Lake.
Majestic Rock & Ancient Capital
Route: Sigiriya ➔ Polonnaruwa ➔ SigiriyaMorning climb to the summit of the Sigiriya Lion Rock Fortress (UNESCO World Heritage Site) to see the ancient frescoes and mirror wall. In the afternoon, explore the ruins of the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, seeing the Gal Vihara and Royal Palace.
Caves, Spice & The Sacred City
Route: Sigiriya ➔ Dambulla ➔ KandyVisit the Golden Temple of Dambulla (Cave Temple). En route to Kandy, stop at a Spice Garden in Matale to learn about Sri Lankan spices. In Kandy, witness a traditional Cultural Dance Show and visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic.
The Little England Route
Route: Kandy ➔ Ramboda ➔ Nuwara EliyaVisit the Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens in the morning. Drive up to the cool climes of Nuwara Eliya, stopping at Ramboda Falls and a Tea Factory to see the tea-making process. The Iconic Train Ride
Route: Nuwara Eliya ➔ Nanu Oya ➔ EllaScenic Route Board the famous blue train from Nanu Oya to Ella (considered one of the most scenic train rides in the world). Your driver will pick you up at Ella station. In the evening, relax in the chilled-out backpacker vibe of Ella.
Hiking & The Wild Route
Route: Ella ➔ Ravana Falls ➔ YalaMorning hike to Little Adam’s Peak and a visit to the architectural marvel, the Nine Arch Bridge. Depart for Yala National Park. En route, stop for a photo at Ravana Falls. Check in near Yala for the night.
Leopard Safari & Beach Sunset
Route: Yala ➔ Tissamaharama ➔ MirissaEarly morning (5:30 AM) Jeep Safari in Yala National Park to spot Leopards, Elephants, and Bears. After the safari, proceed to the southern coast. Check in to your beach hotel in Mirissa and enjoy the sunset by the ocean.
Whales & Colonial History
Route: Mirissa ➔ Weligama ➔ GalleMorning Whale Watching tour. Afterwards, drive towards Galle. Stop at Weligama to see Stilt Fishermen. Explore the Galle Dutch Fort, walking along the ramparts and visiting the lighthouse. Overnight stay in Galle or Unawatuna.

Yes, this is a private tour. We can adjust the itinerary, upgrade hotels, or add extra days to suit your preferences and budget.
What is the dress code for temples?
When visiting temples like the Temple of the Tooth or Dambulla, you must cover your shoulders and knees. White or light-colored clothing is recommended. Hats and shoes must be removed.
Do we need to book the train in advance?
Yes, the Kandy to Ella train is extremely popular. We recommend booking this tour at least 4-6 weeks in advance so we can secure reserved seats for you.
Is Yala Safari safe?
Yes, the safari is conducted in authorized jeeps with experienced trackers. You will be safe inside the vehicle while observing wild animals in their natural habitat.
How much are the entrance fees?
The total cost for entrance tickets to the main UNESCO sites and attractions mentioned in this itinerary is approximately $150 – $20 USD per person.
What type of vehicle will be used?
For 1-2 passengers, we use a comfortable Sedan car. For 3-6 passengers, we provide a spacious Passenger Van (KDH). All vehicles are fully air-conditioned and insured.
